JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant who will support the Co-Founder with daily tasks and duties.

As a Virtual Assistant:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Excellent working knowledge of Google Suite products
  • Experience with Ontraport is highly desirable.
  • Customer service focused: committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels – written, phone and face to face.    
  • Communication: the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
  • Attention to detail: excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally.
  • Teamwork: willingness to assist and support others as required and get on with team members.

Your Responsibilities as a Virtual Assistant would be:

  • Diary Management
  • Email management
  • Administration support
  • General ad hoc tasks
  • Fulfil other duties as required by management and other department personnel as requested/required.
