JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN VIRTUAL ASSISTANT
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant who will support the Co-Founder with daily tasks and duties.
As a Virtual Assistant:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent working knowledge of Google Suite products
- Experience with Ontraport is highly desirable.
- Customer service focused: committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels – written, phone and face to face.
- Communication: the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
- Attention to detail: excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally.
- Teamwork: willingness to assist and support others as required and get on with team members.

Your Responsibilities as a Virtual Assistant would be:
- Diary Management
- Email management
- Administration support
- General ad hoc tasks
- Fulfil other duties as required by management and other department personnel as requested/required.
