Boomering Inc. leverages artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to streamline internal workflows, improve operational efficiency, and enhance service delivery. These tools are used in clearly defined internal scenarios such as:

• Process automation
• Document drafting and structuring
• Communication support
• Analytics and data summarization
• Support ticket routing and prioritization

Human Oversight and Ethical Use

Boomering does not permit AI to make autonomous decisions that affect individuals. All outcomes relating to recruitment, employee management, or client services are subject to human review and approval, ensuring fairness, transparency, and accountability.

Data Protection and Privacy

Where AI tools process personal data, Boomering applies strict safeguards consistent with:
RA 10173 – Data Privacy Act of 2012
ISO/IEC 27001:2022 controls and clauses:

• 5.15 – Access Control
• 5.17 – Authentication Information
• 5.34 – Privacy and Protection of PII
• Clause 6.1.2 – Information Security Risk Assessment
• Applicable client contracts and confidentiality agreements

We ensure the following:

• Data is used solely for specific business purposes
• Personal data is not used to train public AI models
• Personal information is never shared with external AI providers beyond authorized, contractual uses

All AI integration is assessed and governed under our Information Security Management System (ISMS) and aligned with internal policies on Acceptable Use, Data Classification, and Remote Access Security.

Individuals retain all rights under the Philippine Data Privacy Act, including:
