JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN OUTBOUND CALL SALES REPRESENTATIVE
We are looking for a customer-oriented outbound sales representative (OSR) to be responsible for connecting interested clients to live sales representatives in the USA. The OSR’s would be part of a large team and responsible for meeting their daily / weekly / monthly quota of connections, as per the targets set by the client. Successful candidates will be trained on the client software and sales pitches.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills without accent is essential
- Excellent phone contact handling skills and active listening ability
- Outbound sales experience with would be an advantage but not essential
- Must have high level of initiative and drive and be computer literate / Tech savvy
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- “Can Do” positive attitude and a will to exceed expectations
- Ability to work in a team-based environment
- Someone who can work unsupervised and have an ambition to become a team leader
- Willing to work in a night shift schedule
Responsibilities:
- Source new opportunities through inbound leads and follow-up appropriately
- Understand customer needs and requirements and connect them to the US Sales team
- Meet appointment quotas per client requirements
- Constantly seek ways how to improve on performance
