JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER
Our client is a health-tech software company, and our mission is to deliver Digital Health to clinics and their patients. In this exciting phase of growth, we are looking for like-minded professionals to join our team as we expand and provide exceptional service to more happy customers.
We are looking for a skilled Customer Success Manager that can help us support our growing customer base.
To be a Customer Success Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Solid experience in software pre-sales and use of CRM systems (4+ years).
- Strong English communication, written and presentation skills.
- Outstanding customer service.
- Must be a Tech-savvy and a fast learner.
- Must have enthusiasm, confidence, and should be positive in presenting to a group of people.
- Strong documentation skills with high attention to details.
- Ability to manage and field customer enquiries with confidence.
- Must be punctual, organized and have a great attention to detail.
- Must have prior experience in: Customer engagement on the Social Media platforms (Facebook/Instagram).
- Prior experience in: Dental/medical industry is desirable
- Work ethic with the ability to multitask in an organized and coherent manner.
Your Responsibilities as a Customer Success Manager:
- Responding to customer enquiries via communication channels.
- Manage and nurture leads through to conversion and software demonstration.
- Build relationships with Clients, understand their pain points, and formulate solutions.
- Post and respond on social platforms.
- Conduct account reviews and follow-ups with existing clients on a regular basis.
- Maintain and update CRM.
- Gather and share feedback to the product team.
