We are looking for CRM and Systems Specialist for a Company who will provide excellent problem-solving and analytical skills in creating large datasets to support our client in a timely and professional manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to client’s working life and communication.
As a Customer Support and Systems Specialist
- Good skillset required with Microsoft Office and other automation software
- Ability to quickly learn industry related windows software
- Good communication skills both electronically and direct
- Good skillset with large data formatting and spreadsheets will be beneficial
- Experience troubleshooting software issues
- Has a strong understanding of the CRM/growth technology stack and constantly improve the reach of our communications with the customers.
Your Responsibilities As CRM and Systems Specialist would be:
- Troubleshooting technical problems
- Working on quality assurance of all data and changes made on the platform
- Running tests on all integrations and help document processes
- Manage quality and consistency of data, train users, generate reports and input data to support organization initiatives
- Update and maintains accurate and uniform documentation of all records in the CRM system
- Communicate with client partners on a regular basis to ensure clean data for use across all areas of the organization
- Assist with administrative duties related to research & business intelligence
- Have a keen understanding of the client mission, vision, goals including key initiatives, quick wins and timelines
- Perform other related duties, special projects and assignments as required
