JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A BROKER ASSISTANT – LOAN PROCESSING
Broker sends loan information to Loan Processing Team, Team processes them and prepares outputs for signatures. After signing, we submit the application to the lender and follow up until settlement.
Services:
- Application lodgment and NCCP docs
- Valuation ordering
- FHOG and Discharge documentation
- Lender follow up and status reporting
- Borrower follow up and updates
- All loan types - standard, trust, construction and SMSF loans
Tasks include:
- Broker CRM data entry
- Next Gen (Apply Online) data entry
- Preparation of Lender Application form and NCCP documents
- Checking of supporting documents such as ID, statements, pays lips etc. to ensure they comply with lender requirements
- Discharge form preparation
- FHOG form preparation
- Servicing calculator preparation
- Valuation ordering and follow up
- File lodgment to lender
- Broker phone support 9AM to 6PM
- Lender follow up to settlement
- Solicitor follow up to settlement
- Regular broker updates during application process
- Regular customer updates during application process
- Any other tasks as directed by POC/Australian Management
Para Broking:
Reports to individual Broker that has employed in the role Scenario testing and policy research services to further improve a Brokers productivity. Propose up to four lenders and get our expert Para Broker will analyses their policies, servicing and provide you with options to advise your clients
SCENARIO TESTING SERVICE CONTAINING POLICY CHECK, SERVICING, VALUATION AND PRICING REQUESTS FOR UP TO FOUR DIFFERENT LENDERS ON EACH DEAL.
- Policy check - Assess deal against lender specific policy using the input data provided
- Servicing - Complete/check lender servicing calculators for lenders/products requested
- Funding - Complete funding worksheet (based on the data provided) to ensure deal can be completed
- Prepare for processing - Once the Broker selects the product, Para Broker will prepare deal for loan processing or send to the Loan Processing Team for processing.
- Customer loan document sign ups
- Overflow Loan processing during peak periods
