Boomering Bayanihan Launches with First Outreach at Duyan Ni Maria Orphanage
Uplifting Lives, One Community at a Time
At Boomering, we believe that outsourcing with purpose creates deeper value—for our clients, our employees, and the communities we’re part of.
With that vision in mind, we officially launched our new corporate social responsibility initiative, Boomering Bayanihan, with our first community outreach event held at Duyan Ni Maria Orphanage in Pampanga, Philippines.
This isn’t just a program—it’s a movement grounded in our belief that successful businesses should give back, starting with the people and places closest to home.
Bayanihan in Action
“Bayanihan” is a uniquely Filipino value that symbolizes unity, generosity, and helping others without expecting anything in return.
At Boomering, we see this same value reflected in the culture of our teams every day. That’s why we chose it as the foundation of our CSR program—ensuring every outreach activity is rooted in care, compassion, and community.
For our first event, we partnered with Duyan Ni Maria, a local orphanage that provides a safe, nurturing home for children in need. Our team came together to donate food, hygiene supplies, school materials, and spend time engaging with the children in a day filled with smiles and shared stories.
Staff Perspective: More Than Just a Day of Giving
“It was one of the most meaningful experiences I’ve had since joining Boomering,” said Christine A., HR Officer.
“We often focus so much on our work performance, but this reminded us that we’re also part of something bigger. It was humbling and fulfilling to contribute even in small ways.”
Beyond the donations, the most powerful part of the day came from the time spent building real human connections—with children whose joy and resilience reminded us why this initiative matters.
Community Response: A Heartfelt Thank You from Duyan Ni Maria
The caregivers and staff at Duyan Ni Maria expressed gratitude for the support and emphasized the importance of consistent engagement from local companies.
“We deeply appreciate Boomering’s presence and their willingness to spend time with the children,” shared Sister Grace, Head of Duyan Ni Maria.
“It’s not just about the supplies—it’s about showing the children that they are seen, valued, and loved.”
A Culture of Caring, A Commitment to Continue
Boomering Bayanihan is not a one-time campaign—it’s a long-term program that will continue to evolve through future outreach events, employee-led initiatives, and partnerships with local nonprofits.
As we scale our operations and strengthen our global footprint, we’re just as committed to scaling our social impact—starting right here in Pampanga.
To our clients and partners: thank you for empowering us to grow not just in business, but in purpose.
We look forward to sharing more stories of impact as Boomering Bayanihan continues.
