I became a part-owner of Boomering in August 2021 because of my fantastic relationship with the founder, Dean Pascoe, and drawn to how he created its simple, smart and flexible structure.  The company’s commitment to transparency and fairness, along with a belief in the ‘win-win’ scenario for both the client and staff, resonates with me.

Since February 2021, I have been a proud member of the Boomering family, residing full-time in the Philippines.  Currently, I hold the position of Manager of the Growth Department, where my role revolves around connecting people and fostering success and growth for people in my network and our organisation.

On a personal note, I am a devoted father to my daughter Patricia, born in July 2023.  Thanks, Boomering, for helping me make this happen!  Before Boomering, I was a seasoned maritime professional with a career spanning 30 years.  In the last 6 years of my career, I served as a captain in the commercial shipping sector, gaining valuable experience in building and managing successful teams.

Thanks to my extensive experience in team building and commitment to Boomering’s values, I aim to continue building lasting relationships and contributing to everyone’s growth and success.
