I’ve spent 22 years in the Offshoring & Outsourcing industry, starting at 18 and it’s been my life’s work ever since.  What’s kept me in it is seeing how powerful offshoring can be when it’s done properly, not just as a cost-saving tool, but as a way to build strong, long-term teams.

At Boomering, I lead our Account Management function, focusing on helping clients get the most out of their offshore teams.  For me, it’s not about simply placing people into roles, it’s about making sure those team members are fully integrated, aligned with the business, and consistently delivering value.

Over the years, I’ve seen that most challenges in offshoring don’t come from the talent itself, but from gaps in communication, process, and expectations.  That’s where I love spending my time.  Working closely with clients and our team to ensure everything stays aligned and continues to improve.  I’m passionate about creating environments where both clients and team members can succeed.  When the structure is right and the support is there, you don’t just get output, you get performance, growth, and long-term stability.

Beyond the boardroom, I’m a 90s kid who found his footing in the analogue world and his future in the digital one.  I’m a proud “girl dad” to a 16-year-old daughter, D’Arcy who… let’s be honest, is the real star of my household.  When I’m not scaling operations in the offshore staffing world, you’ll find me behind a camera lens, scripting stories about our unique Pinoy work culture for my YouTube Channel, or in the garage tinkering with performance cars.
