The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the development and execution of comprehensive, integrated digital marketing strategies for the client. The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for understanding the target market and their needs. You will work with cross-functional partners to execute strategies and tactics to reach the respective audience. The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will lead the development and execution of PR, SEO, content marketing, SEM, social media and email marketing programs.

Qualifications of a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist:

  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing and social media management, including strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be accurate and detail-oriented
  • Experienced as a team leader/supervisor
  • Proven experience in managing priorities and tight deadlines
  • Ability to coach and train
  • Ability to produce effective strategies and guide decisions based on data
  • Copywriting experience
  • Self-motivation, initiative, and excellent time management
  • Proven ability to proactively deliver results-based updates to senior management
  • Must be certified in Facebook/Instagram and Google Ads. In addition, must be versed in other platforms like LinkedIn and other useful social media platforms.
  • Email Marketing – Deep knowledge and understanding of best practices in email marketing, automation, etc. with platforms like ActiveCampaign, MailChimp, etc.
  • Copywriting – a versatile and creative writer for blogging, email, social and websites
  • Design experience in Canva or other graphic tools to enhance blogs and social media posts
  • Strategy – looking for someone who can put together omni-channel digital marketing strategies for clients
  • Ability to effectively communicate and articulate digital marketing reporting with clients
  • SEO and web design/development – big plus
  • Familiarity with – big plus
  • Must be willing to work mid shifts

Your Responsibilities as a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist would be:

  • Develops digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
  • Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
  • Plan and manage our social media platforms.
  • Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
  • Driving traffic and engagement that translates to sales and brand promotion.
  • Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
  • Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
  • Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
  • Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
  • Design and manage paid media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Experiment with new platforms and channels
  • Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately
  • Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI)
  • Report to clients and build long-term relationships
  • Administrative set up from ad account buildouts, social media page management, pixel integration, etc. – working with the client to ensure we collect all necessary assets at time of onboarding
  • Create all kinds of content (including video, photos, and graphics), plan the calendar against our forward-thinking channel plan
  • Develop, implement, and monitor the social media strategy,
  • Ensure our branding and storytelling is accurate and cohesive across all platforms and use digital monitoring tools to report on the performance of our digital campaigns.
  • Run the Team Content Committee and own our Teams scheduling platform, smoothly transitioning our proactively planned posts/reels/stories/etc. to our intranet and public facing social platforms.
  • Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for organic social results on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms
  • Collaborate with the broader team to organize and execute photoshoots/videos to support our content strategy
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Support the team as a subject matter expert and in project delivery relating to web and content delivery across the business
