Hello everyone!

I’m Raica Fabian, Finance Manager at Boomering, where I’ve proudly been part of the team for nearly five years. In my role, I lead our Finance Department—ensuring that our operations are accurate, efficient, and fully aligned with both company policies and regulatory standards.

With almost nine years of experience in accounting and finance, I’ve been involved in projects that improved reporting accuracy, strengthened internal controls, and supported effective tax planning. I take pride in developing and refining financial policies and processes that make our operations more consistent, transparent, and sustainable.

What drives me most is providing leadership with clear, meaningful financial insights that support sound and confident decision-making. For me, finance isn’t just about numbers—it’s about building stability, fostering growth, and empowering the people behind every result.

Outside of work, I love traveling and discovering what’s beyond the day-to-day routine. Exploring new places helps me see things from different perspectives and reminds me that growth happens both inside and outside of work. I also enjoy spending time with loved ones and finding balance through simple, meaningful moments.
