Hello everyone!

I’m Blessie Suñga, Systems Manager at Boomering. For the past six years, I’ve focused on managing and improving the systems that help businesses run smoothly. I specialize in setting up and configuring Zoho One applications, including CRM, People, Recruit, Desk, and Analytics.

What I enjoy most is working through the full lifecycle: gathering requirements, configuring solutions, and making sure they really work in practice. I like understanding how teams operate, tailoring systems to their needs, and seeing the positive impact when everything comes together.

Beyond core systems, I’ve expanded into SaaS integrations using Zapier and Zoho Flow. More recently, I’ve been exploring AI by building chatbots and simple agents to support everyday tasks. For me, it’s all about making technology practical, accessible, and useful for people.

Outside of work, I like creating little personal systems to make life smoother, whether it’s tracking challenges, keeping my day organized, or experimenting with routines. When I’m not doing that, you’ll probably find me binge-watching shows, getting lost in hobbies, or just enjoying simple ways to unwind and have fun.
