I’m John Eric Opiniano, IT Manager at Boomering. With over 12 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, and technical support, my role is to make sure our IT systems remain secure, reliable, and scalable as the business grows.

My IT journey started in Saudi Arabia, where I spent four years as a Network and Helpdesk Support Specialist, followed by six years as a Network and System Administrator. For the past two years, I’ve been leading Boomering’s IT department—combining strategy with hands-on expertise to keep everything running smoothly.

I hold certifications as a Mikrotik Certified Network Associate, Routing Engineer, and Traffic Control Engineer. To stay ahead in today’s fast-changing tech landscape, I’m also pursuing a degree in Professional Science in Cybersecurity, focusing on digital security and risk management.

For me, technology is more than a career—it’s a passion. I take pride in driving continuous improvement and ensuring IT systems align with the broader goals of the organisation.
