I became a part-owner of Boomering in August 2021 after forming a great friendship with founder Dean Pascoe. What drew me in was Boomering’s smart, flexible model and its commitment to fairness and win-win partnerships for clients and team members.

Since early 2021, I’ve lived full-time in the Philippines. As Chief Innovation Officer, I’m focused on reimagining offshoring by creating smarter, people-first solutions that connect global talent with real business needs. I help businesses scale not just with speed, but with strategy, alignment and long-term impact.

Before Boomering, I spent 30 years in the maritime industry, including six years as a commercial captain. That experience built my passion for strong teams and long-term success.

I’m a devoted boyfriend and proud father to my amazing family; they’re my why. I want every Filipino family we work with to have the same secure space to breathe, grow, and thrive.
